My Story
I believe our relationships have a way of showing us parts of ourselves we might never have discovered otherwise.
Sometimes they show us how deeply we can love. Sometimes they expose our patterns, our fears, our boundaries, or the places where we have been willing to abandon ourselves to hold on to someone else.
That belief is at the heart of why I wrote this book.
I’m a coach, writer, speaker and the creator of RECON™, and much of my work is about helping people understand the patterns behind how we think, behave and connect. But I didn’t write this book simply from what I have learned through my work. I wrote it from what I have learned through being human.
I know what it is to have a relationship leave you with questions. I know what it is to look back and realise that sometimes the hardest part isn’t losing the person; it’s understanding what the experience has revealed about you. Not just what happened but what did it teach you?
